FAQ
Residential program questions
How is a residential program priced?+
The Resident Wellness Pilot is 4 on-site sessions for $1,000 prepaid. Ongoing programming runs $1,200 to $1,500 per month, weekly or two classes per month. Buildings typically cover it as an amenity; resident-paid and hybrid models are available.
Who handles sign-ups and reminders?+
Bee does. Residents get a simple sign-up link and reminders, and your team gets a monthly attendance summary.
What if our amenity space is small?+
Sessions are capped to the room. Rooftops, lounges, fitness rooms and party rooms have all worked.
We manage several buildings. Can one program cover them?+
Yes. Management companies can run the pilot in one building and roll out a portfolio schedule from there, with one invoice and one point of contact.
